Frank, glad to see your back. Just figured you were on the flats using up that new toy. So how is the new toy? The flats have been rough up here lately.

The last time i fish the flat in everglades national and the 10,000 island chain it was not to bad and the bit for snook and red was good but tarpon was dead slow ,i have to wait till at list aug to get back out ,still have a cast on my arm and leg

Man that sounds like it must have been a pretty bad accident Frank. Sounds like it could have been worse, glad you are going to be ok and hope you heal up quick.

Yeah William it was a total mess,i was on my way to the keys for a fishing tournament on or about 4 am just about 9 miles from Key Largo when i was hit head on by a drunk driver heading back to Miami,had to be air lifted back to Jackson trauma center broken ribs, arm and leg ,plus about 70 some add stitches ,the other driver and his passenger dint fair as well they are still in the hospital and the driver had a suspended drivers licence for another d.u.i accident , spoke to the police today and was told that this guy will be put away for a long time if i press charges ,i told him to let me know when and were and i will be there ,again thank to all for your concerned :crutch:

Dang...glad to hear you're OK Frank. Welcome back to the campfire too. Hope your healing process goes fine where you can hit the woods this fall. I'm with Steve B on the drunk driver. Hope they make an example of him and keep him off the roads.
