Nope.

Way too early for me to be thinking of such nonsense. Just re-did a foodplot tonite that the deer anhialated the first time around. I have seen one buck on the ranch this year............a 3" nub the 1st week of May.

Have been thinking about starting to shoot the bow some. But "pumped" for the upcoming season??? Naw.

I'm waiting and stacking up vacation time. lol That sounds like a sweet spot you've got.

It is, seen it on a topo map. These deer don't have to much human pressure. Don't get hunted much, only used to trucks and tractors driving by. My stand is near a hill by a strip of timber. I am over looking two fields. One of the fields is about 400 yrds or more away. The other one is about 200yrds away. They go back and forth and they cross a ditch that some deer bed in. I should have them come out through the north and travel east and west of my stand. Will be using the ol' smoke pole.

dangit man, don't get me started...I'm adding stands, clearing a trail and putting up a cam this weekend, and that's after I get back from stand and muzzle-loader shopping. It's kind of like:laser: for me. Just gotta do it. There's only 2 seasons of the year...hunting season and getting ready for hunting season-season.
