I am blessed by GOD every day and having you all as my friends just proves it. I don't know what to say or do. I am just speechless as to your generosity in helping me. I have always been one to jump right in to help others and never thought I would be the one being helped. It is a humbling experience, to say the least. God is good. Thank You.

Re: Sold house, now moving, selling \"stuff\"

nybuck, here's a little primer on EBay:

say an auction is going on and it has bids that have the price at $10. You may think, Hey, I want to buy that item. I think I would be willing to pay $50 for it. So you place a bid of $50. Now the auction shows you as the high bidder at $11. Someone else comes in and wants to make a bid.. They place a bid of $20. Now the auction says you are still the high bidder at $31. they have bid $20 of your $50 that you have bid on the auction and have not gone over your "reserve" you set that you were willing to pay.

Well, the bidder thinks,,well, that nybuck dude still has it.. I want it.. so he bids$40.. Now the auction says nybuck is still the high bidder and the auction is at $40. Well, this kicks the "can't be outbid" bug and the bidder gets that twitch in their eye and they now jump in and bid $50... The auction still says nybuck is the high bidder at $50..because that is as high as you bid and the bidder did not bid any higher than that..You still have the auction..

But the "bidding Bug" has bitten real hard... the bidder bids $100 on it.. now the bidding starts all over again when you get bitten by the "Bidding Bug" and you start the bidding...

I hope this helps a little bit for you...If not, sorry. tongue.gif

Yep but.....I sure am glad VH was taking care of it. I don't need to get bit by the Ebay bidding bug. I'm having enough fun with managing business risk decisions.

BTW Luke, the check went in the mail today. wink.gif

Probably true...when it comes to setting them up that is. Then I remember that I have a bow gear case that rivals most department stores on the shelf stock blush.gifgrin.gif

I'm thinking of making one of them strictly a target bow.....getting the itch for that again(just for fun this time).

BTW...HEY PEOPLE...lol.....NORM STILL HAS SOME STUFF FOR SALE...we aint bought it all tongue.gifgrin.gif

I tried to catch up on things by skimming the thread, but am a bit confused, having been away for a bit. Am I needed to house the mount, or does Rhino have that job?

Norm, you certainly have an admirable bunch over here at Realtree. No wonder you hang out here so much!

Nimrod Norm has the final say were it's to be housed, where ever he decides is OK with the rest of us I think Im safe to say, as long as he gets it back when he wants it...

And you're right Norm is the MAN, one of these days I just hope I'm lucky enough to meet him and his family, a man that has done so much for others deserves all we can do for him, I just wish it could be more, and we would definately miss his presence around here..... smile.gifsmile.gif
