Snipe
Have her wash her hands in alcohol. That will wash the peppers oils off her skin and neutralize capsicum.. Then apply hand lotion to rehydrate her skin.. She may need to wash them twice if there is alot of oil on her skin.. Also bleach will take it off as well... wtnhunt
Women eh. She only cut about 8 or 9 jalapenos. I tried to tell her to let me cut em or put gloves on.:hammer1: I cut all the cayenne and the rest of the jalapenos(6 cups worth), but I was wearing gloves. Thanks for the tip there Ken. I did not know about the alcohol, she tried that said it seems to be working.

Never had burns that bad, but have burned my hands cutting peppers a few times before, why I tried to warn her. Should have a lot more salsa to make still this summer, guessing Catrina will probably let me cut all the peppers next time around.
