Darron
In your opinion, what is the best ground blind for under $200 (deer hunting)? I have a couple spots on and around my plots that would be great areas for a ground blind. I was hoping to buy 2-3 by the end of the month and sit them out a month before season so the deer get use to them. Any suggestions? I didn't want to spend a lot on a blind since I will be leaving it out
Ethan Givan
I bought a G-20 blind by Ameristep I think for under $100. It works really good, easy to put up and take down. Most Ameristep blinds would be under $200 and they are good blinds.
SpcNape
I'll have to second that. I would like to get one of the Double Bulls, but I have to save up for that. I bought my first blind to have something to get my grandad back in the field... the Ameristep G-20 worked great. The shooting windows are not as nice s I would like, but they do the job. We had several deer shot out of that blind and it only gave out because I left in the elements and we had some pretty hard winds that blew it half way across the woods. That'll teach me to be lazy next time!!

They are $50 a piece here and they have the shoot through mesh. Plus the setup is 100x easier than most blinds. You take it out of the bag and throw it and it pops up. Getting it back in the bag isn't much fun but neither are the bigger more expensive ameristep blinds. I much prefer to take my doghouse out in the woods to set up. Tom2008
You want an awesome box blind for under $200? Check out the GroundMax Eclipse for $119.99. 77" wide and 70" tall. Big enough for two people. Lots of shooting windows. You can choose to have mesh up or no mesh. Easy to take down and put together. Only 14 lbs and comes with a backpack style bag. It is a cheaper double bull.
RangerClay
I really, really like my Doghouse TSC. Plenty of room for me and my kids during archery season.
PotashRLS
I bought 3 of these last year. So far I killed a doe with a pistol from one last November. My Dad killed a bear from one last September. We also killed 3 turkeys from them this past spring. I like them a lot. I bought them when they were $129 but now they are $149 which is still a great price.
woolybear
One of my neighbors a few houses down sells all kinds of stuff dirt cheap brand new at the curb. I got 2 blinds from him last year for $30 a piece. Right now he's got some tow behind boating tubes at the road for $60, but I can keep my eyes peeled for you if you're interested. A great buy in my opinion.

wtnhunt
Wife bought us an ameristep doghouse blind last year. No complaints other than that she paid too much for it from wal mart.
