Ethan Givan
How often do you all replace the string and cables on your bows? My bow blew up on me two years ago, and I had to replace my string and cables then. They look like they are in good shape, and I keep them waxed. Dont know if I need to get new ones or not. okiedog
It all depends on how much shooting you do and the wear on the string and cable. I have seen some strings that have had 4+ seasons on them and just had slight wear. I change my before every season, not so much that they are worn out, I just want a different color:D. Keep them waxed good and watch for any sign of wear.

MUDRUNNER
I only replace mine if it is fraying, if there is serving seperation, or if it has stretched and my bow is out of spec. For me they last two or three years.
backwoods07
I have 3 yr old vapor trails on my bow right now. They look just like the day I had em put on. I'm definitely going to get some new ones after this season though, as well as replace my stupid 3 point anchor peep!!!
