I had a cuddeback camera that was flashing and acting like it was taking pictures however it was not saving the pictures to my card or camera. I called Cuddeback and they gave me the info to send the camera back to them for repairs. Since I had my receipt all of this work was free. Except for me paying postage to send the camera to them. While on the phone with their customer service rep I asked how long it would take....I figured this was their busy time of year so it would be a week or 2. She tells me it shouldn't be but a 7 to 10 days...... So I mailed the camera out on Monday July 13th. And just this second my UPS man walked into my office and handed me a box. I looked hard at the capture IR, because in my mind cuddeback had always been at the top of the list as far as trail cameras go. But as i got to looking into them, i just saw to many bad reviews.
