Flintlock1776 Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 Anyone have a good program that can convert all the DVD's we have acquired over the years and get them loaded on their iPod? I tried a Google search but I get a lot of self promoted web site responses that tout their deal but you have to part with $20, $40 or more $$ bucks to trust them. backwoods07 Posted July 21, 2009 Report Share Posted July 21, 2009 (edited) Just to clarify, you want DVD's on your iPod? As in movie DVD's? A copy of a dvd movie is 700mb. I can't imagine you fitting too many of them on there... But if that's what you're looking for, ImTOO DVD Ripper is a good one. If you're familiar with torrents, you can get the ultimate edition for free, and if not I still think you can find a trial version for free somewhere. This program copies your DVD to your hard drive in .avi or .mpeg. Just load the file into iTunes and update iPod.
