woolybear
Hypothetical question here. What would you do with the rest of your life?:disolve::stretcher::pop:
PotashRLS
News like that usually means you are in pretty bad shape and not capable of doing much. I would make sure my affairs are in order and let my family and friends know just how much I loved them and enjoyed the time God gave me with them. I would pull my son from daycare and have every waking moment with him and my wife that I could.
c_lou
If I was able to function, I would spend every moment I could with my family.

woolybear
I don't even want to think about it! Ben You should,. Sometimes ain't no warnings. Think about it a bit. What do you really want to do with your life before your time's up. Trying to make some changes here myself. We are all on a clock,...just don't know what time it is. Just my stupid thought of the day, but worth thinking about.
OJR
I would make sure all the i's were dotted, the t's were crossed and then live each day, one day at a time. Who knows when this could happen to you, so you should always be prepared!
fly
Take my family and travel to the most beautiful places on earth. Places like: Yellowstone National Park, Mountains of New Zealand, Beaches of Hawaii (my son wants to see a beach real bad), I'd also like to play the bagpipes in the highlands of Scotland (and visit Ireland for a couple days while there)
92xj
Hypothetically, are you married with a faimly or are you in the current state of your life? If I was married with a family that would be one last month with them. If I was in the current state I am in now, it would be AWN (thats "on" for you non southerners). I believe I would turn wild and wide open (well, even more wild and wide open than I am now) assuming I was not in bad shape if you are talking about one more month in the current state of life, health, and family. You never know how you would react to that news. You never truly know how you'd handle it until it happens. That's why I don't want to think about it. Tominator
I would just hope that my one month was November. Actually, I've kind of faced this question in real life. Seems to me, all I wanted to do when I was fighting the neck cancer was to teach my classes, come home and hold my kids.

Man, that'll kick your booty right quick coming off an all time high, then getting shot down to dirt level... Sorry all,... just venting. hungry hunter
Spend alot of time with my family, ride every day so my horse would do somebody else good. EAT every thing that I can't since I was dignosed as a Diabetic. Most of all I would make sure me and the BIG MAN upstairs were strait and tell all the folks that I forgive them for being stupid. MCH
I'd throw the biggest dang party I could, and invite all my friends. I wouldn't consider four people a party, Jason.:clown: Like everyone else, I would spend as much time as possible with my family. I would also work on letters to give my kids on certain dates or moments in their lives, i.e. graduation from high school, driver's license, marriage, etc.
RangerClay
This is an interesting topic and hits close to home. I have an older friend named Dick. 82 years old I believe and is a widower. He was just diagnosed with liver cancer and given 4-6 months to live. He has chosen not to fight the cancer. Now he will be having in August a "Goodbye Dick" party. He has invited just about the whole town. His plan is to celebrate life with his family and friends. It will be tough for me to go but I will get a chance to tell him thanks for being such a good friend. We all stand around at funerals and say good things about the deceased. Now we can say it to him. Edited July 21, 2009 by RangerClay
