They dont define Immediate Vicinity but i think 50 yards is pretty close, and you dont drill every deer that is underneath your stand . But you still dont want them to spook. Some of the advertising out there for calls on the market would have you believe that call already exists. Personally think this thing is a gimmick, but this is America, if someone patents a product and markets it where folks have an interest and people buy it more power to them.
