My question is if you block sombudy on your hotmail account is it still posible to send them emails? Yep, blocking a sender just makes the mail that she would normally recieve from you never appear in her inbox. She could still send to you unless you block her emails. Think however email may not be the best way. Unless a court has made it so that you have no rights, you should be able to have some type of visitation. If you have visitation rights and she is denying you that, would probably be best to get the court involved as that would appear to be a violation of your rights.
