unioncountyslayer
Just wanted to get everyone's opinion on the list of 103 players that keeps getting leaked 1 by 1 for performance enhancing drugs positive tests. The first thing I would like to see is a list of the drugs/supplements that would trigger a positive test. Is it just steroids and HGH, or is it a long list of stuff that could have been bought legally at a local GNC store? It's one thing to label a guy a steroid user before we ever find out exactly what he tested positive for. I'm not trying to make excuses for anybody, I'm just curious. If A-Rod used steroids (illegal to purchase in the Us) and Ortiz or whoever else used a dietary supplement like creatine (legal to purchase in the US) and they both come up positive, do you have the same view of each players use? I've always been on the side of giving the guy that used a legal supplement or medication the benefit of the doubt if something in that came up positive. But to knowingly use steroids is much more serious in my book. What are your thoughts?
buckbuster11
They way I look at it is this. I'm not dumb. If your on that list you were taking some kind of performance enhancing drug. I dont want to hear stories about how it was your allergy medicine or B vitamin that somehow made you test positive. Pretty much anybody that has been a somebody in baseball over the last 10...who knows maybe even 20 years...was on something in my opinion. unioncountyslayer
yeah, i'm not naive about the whole deal, i just wish they would supply the whole list of names and what they actually tested positive for. get it over with, rather than dragging it out name by name over the next 10 years. MCH
Just from what I've seen on Sportscenter, I think they need to prosecute whomever is leaking this information and physically destroy the list.

toddyboman
It is getting very old....that ever so often a new name comes out.....Either get rid of the the list or give the entire list one or the other.....It's obvious MOST not ALL but MOST where using something. However Mark brings up a good point what exactly was they using to test positive?? But we will never know....
