Sticker
Who shoots Zebra Bowstrings and how well do you like them. Looked at their website and they advertise two different kind, not sure which is better. Seems like ever since I switched to a Winners Choice I have not had anything but trouble out of my bow. So I'm prolly going to switch back to Zebra strings.
m gardner
That's all I've used for the last 3 years and they work fine. Mathews put them on all their bows for years. I believe they still do. The Baracuda strings they offer I haven't tried yet. The one I have on my bow has been shot about 7000 times and it's still going, but it's an older Mathews and has a softer cam. Hard cams tend to eat strings no matter what they are. My wifes Parker was replaced with a Zebra string set and is on it's second year. Tom2008
I tried some on my 2007 Martin Bengal and the string was showing wear after not to long. I personally do not like them because of that. Most people that bring a Mathews into the shop do not stick with the Zebra Bow String. They usually switch to a Vaportrail string. bluelund79
I put a Zebra bowstring on my old Forge this past spring and have shot it alot since I picked it up. I am no expert by any means, but I did not have my peep move or creep at all. I kept it waxed and have had no problems with it at all. I'd recommend them when asked, thats for sure. hutchies
Mathews puts zebra's on their bows and I've had nothing but bad luck with them. I shoot alot though and shooting in the middle of the summer when it is 105 is rough on equipment. I'm currently shooting Sixx strings and very happy with them and the price they sell for. hutchies
Not to call you out but I guaruntee as much as I shoot the Zebra's won't last long. I've tried them. Overpriced and overrated. Most guys around here that like them are the guys that shoot about 200 arrows before season starts and thats it the whole year. I shoot 200 a week alot of times. Dakota
Not sure what the difference is between the Hybrid/Barracuda but from what I've seen the Hybrid is mostly put on the Mission line of bows and the Barracuda is on the main Mathews line. They can be changed out though if you so desire. But other than that, that's all I know. Dakota
Hoytguy
All I know is they have a patent on the twist style which is awesome. They just don't last long.
