HUNTINGMAN
http:// I got a little hungry today and decided to fire up the smoker for a little mid day snack. After seeing the post on smoked shrimp I went to the freezer and found a bag of large frozen shrimp and decided to giive it a try.I pulled off the tails, wrapped it in bacon and put it on a skewer.I then put some shrimp without bacon on a skewer, and then went some plain bacon on a skewer.I then went to the deep freeze and got some jalipeno peppers and stuffed them with pepper jack cheese and then wrapped them with bacon.I took all of this out and put it on the smoker to cook for a while until the heavens opened up and it started pouring rain.I didnt have time to baste the shrimp the way I wanted to with some butter and lime juice on the plain ones or a bourban glaze on the bacon wrapped ones.I melted butter in the house and added lime juice to pour over shrimp and then tossed it around, boy was it good.Havent finished the bacon wrapped shrimp yet, saveing it for supper. The peppers were way to hot for me to eat,I ate one whole and like to have never got my mouth to stop burning.I should have just ate the hot coles out of the smoker.
