illinoisbonesticker
This is for all Hoyt owners. I recently opened my bow case and my string was unraveled, looked like it was overstretched. Anyway i was told at a dealer that i had to put a string back on from Hoyt. I dont think so. I have a 2005 supertech, what do u recommend. love the bow and should i replace the cables, have had several people say no if there not frayed dont. need some input. Thanks guys and gals:bat:
Straight Shooter
I'd replace the string and harness all together, the harness you have on there is all ready stretched and putting just a new string on. You'd be fighting knock movement with the string stretching, save yourself some heart ache so close tot he season and change them all. okiedog
I agree with Straight Shooter. If one needs changing, change them both. Oh.. sorry for Hijacking... I'am NOT a Hoyt Shooter..lol
Hoytguy
I'd definately go with a new set of strings. Welcome to Realtree By the way !!! Jut make sure whoever does them gets the cams timed and sync'd. Putting just strings on is half the job.
