NEMOdeerhunter
Here are 2 bucks on a different farm from my first set. What is everyones opinion on the odd one? I assume its some kind of injury but would it have been something that hit is antler early in development or some other kind of injury? It looks like he has already lost some velvet on his left side G2 and on the top 2 points on the right side. Whatever caused it, sure is a shame the right side cant match the left. Tom2008
The buck with half the rack is definately broken off. This can happen sometimes because the antlers in velvet are a lot softer than when they are finished.
nemodeerhuntersneighbor
Yeah he definitely tore him self up. Ashame, he would have been a hoss.
nemodeerhuntersneighbor
With as much mass as he had he probably woulda been around
nemodeerhuntersneighbor
Triple post, I suck, but it looks like he tore some of his velvet off his g-2 on his left side, too.

I saw that also and yes it is a shame. He definately would of been a bruiser buck.

JackedUpZ71
Thats a heartbreaker right there. He sure had a whole lot of potential. Are you still going to shoot him if shows himself.
buckee
I guess you'll just have to let that gorgeous buck go until next year.

Jorden
Man he would have been an absolute GIANT...guess you will have to wait until next year:D;)
Casey
I saw that also and yes it is a shame. He definately would of been a bruiser buck. He still is a hoss, I would still take him. That buck is getting up in the age department. Two things you can do. 1. Take him out now and be proud of an old mature buck that is a hoss or 2. Give him one more year and see what his rack looks like next year. Regardless of what you will do, he surely is a nice big old mature buck.
