sureshot Posted February 12, 2005 Report Share Posted February 12, 2005 My wife complains all the time about me always goen from sept to march, but she is pretty good about it!the past while she has been havign problems, first off ended up in the hopital with a chest cold, when in there they found out her blood suger is way high and has to be very carefull! I come home one night and she askes if I want to go to Winnipeg manitoba for a rock concert!!! Me and rock do not see eye to eye, I am a country boy all the way! I laughed and nothign more was said, I have seen all he old tapes out and found out it is there farewell tour, its motley crue! it was always her fav band growing up and she even watched the surreel life when Vince Niel was on it lol, ! Tonight I went to ticket masters and bought 2 tickets, they are not on the floor but should be prettty good seats, so on april 8 I will be seeign Motley Crue I guess , STill cannot see my at a rock concert with my hardwoods green and prob ear plugs, but i think i will need a few cold ones just to make it through! Oh well all the wife does and puts up with she well deserves a 8 hour drive and a concert of her dreams! Truthfully i am feeling pretty proud of myself lol!! I just cannot wait till she sees the tickets come in the mail, hope I can keep it quiet till they come lol!! Now next tiem she calls me a insensitive jerk I will have a responce! She had a great time and I was bored to death. Then there was the Blackhawk concert I took her too...same deal. It's amazing they are still alive! LOL It is great that you did this for your wife, I would be so thrilled if my fiance would do something like that for me. His last "romantic" act was when he came home a little late with a big smile on his face. He had been out hanging a couple tree stands I could easily get to so I could hunt alone while he was at work. I guess you take what you can get!
