jesse8953 Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 Just got back from helping out with the 1st kids day from the Deiance County Fish & Game Club.92 kids registared,they got to shoot 22 rifles,bb guns,bows,and muzzle loaders.We had hotdogs,chicken sandwiches,potato chips,watermellon,soda,and water.The Defiance newspaper was there taking pictures.Great to see so many kids enjoy themselves.Everything was free,kids and parents all had big smiles, and lots of parents took pictures of there kids at each of the shooting stations.Being the 1st year, we learned what we can do to make it better for next year.Makes a guy feel pretty good ,when he has kids and parents thank us for making a great family day. That right there is pretty darn cool. The children are the future.
