That is a good thing that yote looks lean. he might need a copper jacketed injection to help him with those hunger pains:clown:.

Nice size cat there too William. Will you be trapping this year?

Thought it looked like a fair sized cat Anthony. Got a lot going on this year, no plans for trapping, have never done any type of trapping. Might see what we can do though. Pretty sure we still have some old traps down in the barn.

Good luck to them poults. Looks like 2 hens and 4 poults in that pic. That's not so good family survival odds. Hope there's more outside the pic I'm not seeing but it wouldn't surprise me if not with them predators running around.

See these hens and poults pretty regular. There were about 15 for 3 hens, that was down to 10 poults last time I saw them, which was just the other day.

That bob cat looks thicker and heavier that the yote...I'd put $20 on the cat...:clown:

lol. We have seen some pretty good sized cats around here Dan. Have often wondered how bobcats and yotes interact. Know they have to cross paths from time to time along the river. Think pound for pound my money would also be on the cat.
