sluggunner Posted August 23, 2009 Report Share Posted August 23, 2009 It takes a long time but DON'T QUIT.I know it is difficult, but it can be done, keep it up. Two years ago I peaked out at 225 flabby uncomfortable pounds. I got winded just going up the stairs. Then I decided enough was enough. Over the next 18 months I went from 225 pounds and a 36 inch waist to 165 pounds and a 29 inch waist. I am now back in the same shape I was in throughout my 20's and I will be 47 years old in December. These photos were taken when I was at about 168 pounds this spring. I don't know how old you are, but if you are over 40 it just takes longer than if you are in your 20's but it can be done. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
