bloodtrails
Scent Lok or Scentblocker?
backwoods07
Whatever's cheaper. Doesn't matter to me. Just out of chance, I think I own more Scent Lok.
layin on the smackdown
Scent blocker...thats what i have, but in the long run, i guess it really doesn't matter...
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
I have scentblocker, but IMO you can't go wrong with either. Scent-lok seems to have a lot more options though. Remember, you still need to do other things as well (shower, wash clothes in scent free detergents, etc). IMO, if you are like me, and do not have multiple stand options for different wind conditions, these things are good to have. They aren't 100% effective, but they do help and with the right scent control routine, you can get great results.
muzzy1
I second mbowhunter..I have both and wouldn't go into the woods with out one of them on,I believe 100% that they work ....
dawgitall
I own Scentlock. Works great. Its a big part of my strategy when I hit the woods!
Stinger-Hunter
I'd love to try Scentlock - I can't justify another $150 on clothes though. Seems in the early season it would be more useful when there is a lot more sweating going on getting to the stand - but then again carrying a backpack and a treestand and a gun or bow for 300-600 meters makes you sweat no matter what the weather. One of these days, I'll try it.
hungry hunter
I own scentblocker, but like others say if ya don't shower and use other precautions its worthless. I do use the heck out of scentaway.
nemodeerhuntersneighbor
I have a bunch of both. Really no difference in them.
bowhuntMN
my jacket and pants are scentlok but my gloves are scent blocker. either are great and probably work the same. but as they said earlier, shower and wash them in scent free detergent as well as dry them to reactivate the carbon
Switchback29A1
I'm a complete ScentBlocker guy
huntaholic1
have had really close encounters with deer on the ground while using Scent Away by HS. Great stuff, I think I will buy some today!
mikewink
Having a kid has made me re-think the whole $$ thing. This year I was in need of a new scent lok set up. Which works very well. So I found some scent lok fabric that my loving grandmother is sewing me a new liner. $20.
