Mach1
I do not like the Renzo's decoys that we have. Way too small. My parents' black lab is as big as the decoy.
ToddCountyKiller
I knew a guy that used a hen decoy as a confidence decoy.

buckee
the Renzo's decoys have gotten me a few deer. If you find the deer are interested, but suspicious of the decoys (not to the point of high tailing it out of the country though) then use the decoys keeping that fact in mind. I had that problem and would put my decoy out in front of a deer trail that was crossing a creek, just so the deer would use another trail just a bit further down towards me...and by golly, it worked like a charm. So you see, you can use decoys in many ways. It just depends on what your deer think of them at whatever time of the year it is. Come rut, the deer will act totally different towards them. Jorden
Always wanted to use one but just never have. We have a Flambeau boss buck but it really wasnt worth the money and we have never used it. It is in a million different pieces, way to many to assemble in the dark. Plus all the pieces are stored in the body cavity but the inside isnt padded or anything so it is really loud when you walk with it. If I ever get a new one it will be a Carry-Lite. Zero
Hunt where the does are and you don't need a decoy! Never had much success with plastic/2D ones myself.

Tom2008
I have this one...... I LOVE IT!! Have had LOTS of success with it. Primos Scarface. One of the most innovative decoys on the market. Primos totally went out of the box with that decoy. Light weight, bobble head, life like tail, great detail, and movable ears. It has everything that you want in a decoy. Very easy to set-up and put on the ground.

redkneck
I can't ever see myself using one around here. In such thick cover, I would think by the time the deer could see it, you could just about see them. But they say don't knock it till you try it! mikewink
I used my bow target last year. I took the antlers off though. Set it up in the hay field. I had a herd of about 10 does and fawns get with in about 25 yards of it, then they got kinda spooky about it. But I could see during the rut setting it up to draw a buck in. Most bucks would at least think about scent checking it.
