MCH
All right!! Looks like Jeff has worked his butt off and got these up QUICK!! I recognize a few names. Looks like we're going to have a pretty good team this year. Let's start out with a simple where you're from, where you hunt and any name suggestions you may have. I'm from Oklahoma. Hunt two leases and private land. I will at least contribute a doe and maybe a spike or two.:D As for names I like Brotherhood of the Bloodtrailers. coles
Hey guys. Im cole smith. I hunt around the Teton River just outside of Choteau, MT and probably on my girlfriend's family's ranch outside of Lewistown, MT. I am limited to only contributing one buck and one doe since that is all we can kill here per year. But i like Brotherhood of the Bloodtrailers for a name. This one just popped in my head. Has a little ring to it but its a tongue twister. The "itchy trigger finger scratchers" lol. ill put my home work off for a little while and use my brain power to see if i can come up with a couple good names. Good luck to you guys! KirkV
Hello guy's Kirk here from Illinois, and you should be able to expect a doe easy from me but the buck will be harder. I continue to practice QDM quality deer management and they can't get big if I shoot them small! Last year I had to wait until december before I got the buck I wanted, and this year I am hunting new groundso I do not have great expectations. But you never know around november here! Kirk:)
JackedUpZ71
Whats up guys. My name is Cody. I'm from South Carolina. We have a decent amount of farm land that I hunt here around my house, and a lease in the lower part of the state. We got some good bucks on camera the year, and one of the is a thirteen point. Hopefully I'll be able to knock one of them over this year. As for a name I like the Brotherhood.
MCH
hunter109 KirkV MCH coles brad dryden CTBowMan jkapp01 JackedUpZ71 Well, we've got 5 that have checked in so far. With one of them being a member with less than 100 posts, I'd say we're doing pretty good. Pretty sure that the other 3 will check in soon. I might PM them a little reminder. I'm officially voting for Brotherhood of the Bloodtrailers. If we choose that name, I also vote that every team member does their best to take pictures of their bloodtrails for posting in this thread! I have 2 prime pieces of private land that I hunt and I also hunt the 28,000 acre Pachaug State Forest, that I got a nice 9 pt off of last year! As for team name, I'm all about "The Brotherhood"!! My opening day is a week away, Sep. 15th, and I'm hoping to contribute early and often. I am bowhunting, shotgun, and muzzleloader this year, I have 10 tags to fill in all, and plan on doing my best to fill em' all! Best of luck to all, and let's fill the freezers!! ~ Van
coles
our bow season opened up here this last saturday. For the first time in 6 years i missed opening day of bow season. My bow was all sighted in and we started messing with paper tuning it at work. All we did was move my nock point an 1/8th of an inch at the most and it totally threw me off. Wasnt even hitting the target at 20 yards and i just never found time with school and work to sight it back in. Oh well though. Everyone ive talked to hasnt seen hardly any elk and just maybe a few does. Its been to hot anyways. Hopefully i can find some time wednesday or thursday to sight it in and maybe get out this coming saturday.
CTBowMan
102 Average So this new private land I just picked up 32 Acres....I moved my trail cam down to it on Saturday afternoon...I stopped by it on my way home yesterday (Tues) after work...and I find I have 306 pics on it!!! That's 102 a day Average!!! Just about every pic had deer on them...I counted at least 3 different sets of does with fawns still with them..nothing with any significant headgear of yet, but I'm pretty psyched to say the least! I'm thinking that this is going to be a pretty hot spot come pre-rut/rut with all these does cruising through there, so they will come! Less than a week till our opening day! Best of luck all! ~ Van

CTBowMan
Heading out tomorrow afternoon, it's supposed to be warm...in the 70's but I'm confident in my spot..they should come down from the bedding area, to the plateau wtih a spring running through it on the way down to the corn field...should put em' down tomorrow evening if luck is with me, and they are where I'm expecting em! Best of luck to all who's opener is tomorrow! ~ Van
