MCH
Just watching a Dodger game ought to bring back some memories, now!!!:D:D I'm not too sold on Thome/Garland. I think it sounds better than it looks on paper.
muggs
Just watching a Dodger game ought to bring back some memories, now!!!:D:D I'm not too sold on Thome/Garland. I think it sounds better than it looks on paper. Ha. I was thinking the same thing when I saw that. ManRam and Thome weren't enough to get my Tribe a title and that was when they were in their prime in the mid to late 90s. I think it was a good move to bring in Thome for some situational at bats, but I don't think the Dodgers have the SPs to go anywhere. Garland doesn't really do much to cure that...adds some depth though. I think the Cardinals and Yankees meet in the WS and the Cardinals win it all (Toddy is happy.) MCH
I'm going with Dodgers vs. Angels in the final. Cards are our main threat, though. They'll be tough to beat that's for sure. Got my fingers crossed that we pull Philly in the first round.

THAT my friend is the SMARTEST thing you have ever said As always its great to be a Cardinal Fan!! The start of the year there was several questions spots in the rotation and lineup....NOW they are looking REALLY GOOD!!
VABuckSlayer
Cardinals/Yankees sounds good to me but the outcome will be reversed!

MCH
Now you're making me jealous. Honestly, I would have rather the Dodgers win the serious BUT lose the game you went to, toddy.
muggs
It's too bad the Indians can't trade your Dodgers another key guy like they did when they moved Casey Blake...I'm sure they would if they could after the fire sale they've had this season. They just don't have anyone worth anything left on their roster besides Grady and he's not going anywhere...until he signs with the Yankees in 2012 that is. I'm sure Colletti isn't really salivating over the likes of Chris Gimenez, Luis Valbuena and Andy Marte.:hammer1:
