Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
What is everyone having?? I snagged a pack of venison from my cousin. :clown: He was supposed to come over yesterday so we could cook em up. So I had them sitting in some marinade since Monday night. He never showed, so I decided not to let them go to waste and cooked them today. A baked tater, some sweet corn, and a salad, oh man.

GWSmith
Lee, It seems like we were thinking alot alike this evening! Venison Grilled just cranks up the flavor bigtime!!! What was the marinade??? I had venison tonight as well... I injected some venison loin chunks with garlic butter and cayenne pepper sauce. Seared all sides of them then slow cooked them until they fell apart. Sided by an avacado/iceberg salad with crimini mushrooms, red onion, blueberries, and topped with a light safflower oil, yellow curry powder, and fresh ground black pepper. Chilled yellow flesh watermelon for a chaser

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
What was the marinade??? It was just a bottle of A1 classic steak marinade Gary, but boy was it good, especially when you let it sit in it for that long. :clown:
