Heavy Metal
There's this great little gun shop out in KNOWHERESVILLE (not too far from me!) He has a dozen muzzle loaders most of which are used that he's selling as a broker. I've had my eye on the TC Omega, have finally held one at Cabelas and now this little shop. However, he also has a CVA Kodiak....almost the same exact thing as the Omega. Has the stainless barrel and black stock. Really cool and I'm really excited about that rifle as it's only $175 asking price. They also have a FULLY LOADED Remmington Genesis. Camo thumbhole stock, stainles flutted barrel and scope for only $250. SO...two cool guns, both big upgrades from my current CVA Wolf. Both shoot mag loads and have longer barrels which I want. Rem Genesis with all the bells and whistles? CVA Kodiac, stainless, open sights. If you have or have had either of these, please give me your feedback/thoughts. If you don't have experience with these two....don't bother!:hammer1:
fly
Can't speak to the Kodiak but I do have a Genesis. It is camo and stainless. I bought it new from Cabela's last December new for 199.00. I've practiced out to 70 yards with it (the max of the range I use: my dads yard). I have a Leupold Ultimate Slam on it and it is very accurate. It's the only ML I've ever owned so I have nothing to compare it to, but I have no desire to buy anything else.
