Shawn
i posted this buck in the photography room. i thought maybe he was 3.5 years old, but some are thinking hes only 2.5 years old. Even though he has no brows he has the same characteristics of a 9 point I arrowed Oct 25th of 2005. Which would put him in line to be his son. I have pics of him last year has only a 3 poin with a fork on his right, big spike on left. This line of genetics always has more points on the right side as my 9 point had 5 on right and 4 on the left. Just for fun check it out and let me know what ya think. oh and these pictures are 30 yards from the same stand i shot the 9 out of. this years 5 point... 9 point back in 2005
woolybear
Those pics front on and from the side are very deceiving. Almost look like two totally different bucks. Going off the first pic I'd go with grandson.
hoosierhunter
I think that deer is either 1.5 or 2.5.....actually the more I look I say 1.5...chest hasn't dropped and his rear end is boney.
Shawn
i think hes older than 1.5, theres no way in the area i live in he was more than a button buck a half a year old. last year like i said he had a fork and a spike. if anything hes at least 2.5 years old. Shawn
no brows not saying it s defining factor, but these to pics you cant see it, but on his right side he has a scar where no hair grows, arrow wound, barb wire, who knows how he got it. Bowtech_archer07
I'd put him at 2.5 years old as well. He just doesn't have any of the defining characteristics of a 3.5 yr. old buck like belly starting to sag and his face starting to broaden out.
