Tom2008
Rhine pmed me last week about the same thing. Here is what I said. Hey man. Kelsey shoots a 2009 Diamond Razor Edge. This is actually the most demanded bow on the market right now. It can go from 25lbs to 60lbs. Draw lengths start at 19 to 29 inches. Kelsey is set at 35lbs right now and that is plenty to take deer down. She shot a 180+ pound doe last year and she got a pass thru. Although, she did start shooting at 28 lbs and worked her way up. I would definately have your girlfriend try this bow out. You can either buy the bow sepertate for $299.99 or buy the package for $329.99. The package comes with cheap everything. I would suggest just buying the bow bare and buy a little better accessories. You know she'll be upgrading to better stuff eventually. At the shop we had the bow going 294 fps with 29" dl and 60 lbs. Turkeygirl
I tried a Parker when I was looking....then I finally tried a Hoyt Rintec that the bow shop owner's son had. The Hoyt Rintec XL was a step up from that so I said ok, that's the one. Had to order the Rintec XL without trying it but let me tell you it's a great bow for the money. Very quiet, draws quiet which is one thing I love about it, shoots great...i have it maxed out to 50 this year though. Here's how great it is,lol: Well there's more deer, but you get the point. hyperflow
Personaly i wouldn;t get her a 30-40, Get her a 40-50 because she will grow out of that 30-40 in NOTIME. With the draw lenght she has u have someny options its unreal. I wish my wife had that draw lenght. Mines 23" which are imposible to find. Pretty much every bow out there has what you need if you go 40-50. Personaly i would get her some kind of speed bow, With low poundege you can use all the speed u can get. hutchies
Kobalt is a great shooting little bow. We had one in the shop messing with it the other day. It was Crimson red and Kyle built a Crimson/Cream string for her because she is a huge OU fan.
