sooner girl Posted September 17, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 17, 2009 My sister used to work for a vet and while there she adopted a rescue pit from Detroit. It was going to be a fighting dog. Anyways I was a little nervous with the background of the pup and the breed. His name is Broady and he has a great sense of humor and will love on anyone that comes to the door. He is very well behaved and just a great family dog. His jaw and teeth do look fierce and they were breed for chomping but any dog can tear flesh. Cool color by the way I like it. Thanks...I love Blue pits..He won't be staying outside, People tend to steal them they are high dollar dogs going for $500 up to 1500 dollars a pup..Mine is a adoption so it was cheap..The mom had 11 pup 10 male 1 female 3 blues and 1 Fawn and the rest were either black or brindle! They are good dogs its all in how they are raised, My parents have one that is 5yrs old and she is the Sweetest dog I have ever been around. And to make my point I heard on the news a year ago that Labs are at the top of the list for dog bites, followed by small terriers!
