canine48
Big Boy lost his velvet. Got a picture at the same camera I did a month ago when he laid down in front of it in velvet. So far still at night but this was earlier in the night it was 8:49pm. Hoping he will show his face in the daylight. Trouble is I have several pictures of 130 class bucks coming pretty regular in the daylight. I'm afraid I will be tempted by them. I will just keep this picture in my pocket to look at when I'm tempted...lol
Turkeygirl
Wow, great buck! Hope he's the first to come by but 130 class bucks...I'd be tempted as well...I'd probably wouldn't be able to wait for the big guy.
c_lou
Knowing this guy is out there, I would try and hold off, but not for too long. He could be long gone by time the rut comes around. Then you could be without him or a 130 incher. Good Luck and I hope you get a shot at him. hdhiii
Nice buck! I'm sure he's around 130-14- easily. Best of luck with him and his foes.

hoosierhunter
I can tell you I had the exact scenario last year. Several 130's showing up regularly and a 180 showing up about twice per month. I saw one of the 8's and killed him without thinking twice on Nov 2nd. I never saw that 180 while hunting and he was killed by the neighbor in gun season.....
redkneck
I'm with hoosier on this one. I saw a monster first week of bow season last year and thought the shot was too far. Didn't think much of it, figured I'd see him back in the food plot later. He never showed up until the final week of Jan, almost four months later and only made a quick pass across a dim road while a friend was hunting there. arrow32
I had out all last year for a few different bucks I was seeing and wanted. Ended up not shooting a buck whcich was fine with me I woudln't have been happy with a smaller buck. Don't shoot something you won't be happy with. To shoot monsters you have to be willing to go a year or two with taking a buck if you have your mind set on the one you want. Just my thoughts. Thats a monster. Best of luck. BTW look at it this way pass on them smaller one more bone next year:D:D
