Leo
Sometimes you only need to see one deer at the last minute. God blessed me with one last night. Long story short I got this deer yesterday on a SC beanfield. It ended up being a late night. Suffice it to say, when you drop one in belt buckle high soybeans that are so thick you can't see your feet. A dead deer is darn hard to find after the sun goes down. Found him and made it to the processor with only two minutes to spare. He's really got some rough antlers. This is my number two buck this year. Been a long time since I did that. I'm one happy and thankful dude.

Leo
Way to go, Leo! Did you shoot him with a bow or gun? Dakota The earplugs around my neck might give you a hint Our rifle season opens Aug 15th. As much as I truly enjoy bowhunting, when the deer are in the beanfields it's pretty much a riflemans game.
