randyoitker1
I will be performing at Cabela's on Nov.7-8 in Hazelwood,MO. and I have been given permission to take Realtree Forum members to lunch. I can't give an exact time because Cabela's hasn't given me my show times yet. As soon as I find out my show schedule we can decide which day and what time is best. I hope to have some decals and license plates also to give away. Let me know if you are interested. Randy

fly
Hey Randy that is great news! I live about an hour from that Cabela's. I'll be the first to take you up on the invitation. Tim, hope you can make it as well.
wtnhunt
That is the closest cabelas to us. Too bad it is not just a little closer.
AceArcher
Maybe I will take you up...I live about 30 minutes away and work just 10-minutes from there. However, I will probably be up in a tree most the day...unless I have two bucks by then...if so I will come see you. It would be fun to meet some RT members in person. A good idea for lunch is the Trailhead over in Historic St. Charles. Its about 10-minutes from Cabela's via I-370...otherwise there is a steak-n-shake and a LoneStare right across the street. Good luck.
fly
otherwise there is a steak-n-shake and a LoneStare right across the street. Think you mean Longhorn Ace, not Lonestar. Yea that Longhorn is a nice place for lunch.
AceArcher
That's right...one of those steak places...it is pretty good place...we eat there when we go to the Mills.
toddyboman
I will let you know as we get closer to that time....I could be up a tree too :D
MUDRUNNER
I will let you know as we get closer to that time....I could be up a tree too :D Same here. I'll know more when it gets a little close. It sounds like a good time, the only problem is it's during the rut. If I get one down before that I should be able to make it. It's only about a 45 minute drive for me.
layin on the smackdown
Its a bit of a hike for me, and i would almost certainly do it....BUT, you are talking about NOV. 7 & 8....I don't know if i can handle driving the whole day down there knowing that i could have drilled a giant...Man Guys, if it were any other time of the year, i would easily make it....Thanks for the invite Randy, hope you get a good turn out! Have fun and enjoy! Dan
HOYTnMUZZYboy
I agree with Dan. Maybe when your in the area up here we can do a lunch in Hoffman estates at the Cabels there. Thanks for the invite tho!

Rhino
Thanks for the heads up Randy. I'll be ~225 miles north of there in a tree in Iowa behind a video camera filming a friend's bowhunt. That is unless he tags out during the first couple of days we're up there. My kids (7 and 8 year olds) watched your trick shooting and they are very excited to watch and meet you. I know for us the 8th is the better day. RTPROFamily
Randy hasn't received his show times as of yet. I do all of his scheduling and I am still waiting on the events coordinator to get back with me. As soon as we get the times we will post it.I hope that you and your children can make it. PotashRLS
Hope the lunch thing works out. I give you a lot of credit to go through the "trouble" to meet some forum members, though we know you don't consider it trouble. Your true colors continue to shine through and remaining humble and thankful is very refreshing. Realtree has some very good people representing them. Randy is quite the ambassador for Realtree, Tracy. He always has a Realtree item on wherever he goes. Whether it be at his shows, the streets of New York, or the Hard Rock Cafe. For his Guinness World Record he made it a point to be wearing a Realtree shirt.
Dakota
Well, Randy, I'd love to be there and see your show and meet you again, but I'm afraid I'll be chasing muleys with my bow in western South Dakota that weekend. It was great meeting you and your Dad at Steve's though! Dakota
