Terry Roberson Posted September 21, 2009 Report Share Posted September 21, 2009 Ok guys here is one easy step to show off your cooking skills to your hunting Buddies. First lets put some greese in a pan, Just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. While your getting your flower and seasoning together crank up the burner. Take some back strap and cut in thin slices and flower both sides real good. Put into pan and make sure your heat is high. Just brown both sides. Don't try and cook it just brown it. Then you take out of skillet and put to side. Cute up onion into thin slices and the put into left over greese and brown for a few min: Then just add flower to greese don't put to much at one time. just add until greese and flower come together and you see no more greese. make sure that heat is still high. Add water until it is not thick but like a cream. Make sure that you don't put to much flower because this will burn later while its cooking. Put your meat and onions back into the skillet and bring to a boil and cover on low heat for about 30-40 min: you can do the same thing in the oven in covered pan. in oven and your not in a hurry set at 275% for about 2 hours.
