buckbuster11
The Browns are awful, I mean it looks like they haven't practiced all year. Mangini is a joke. :laser:

It looks like the Browns don't even care. They all look like they're just collecting a paycheck.
RangerClay
Can you say "Josh Cribbs starting QB" :clown:
muggs
Reports are that 5 players have already filed grievances against Mangini...the guy has a terrible approach and definitely lacks the type of personality you need to change a losing culture. That's a major hurdle. I wanted Rex Ryan, but I would have been happy with Jim Schwartz too. Both those guys have good personalities and have taken the right approach- in their own, different ways. Meanwhile, are idiot owner brings in one guy, Mangini...that's it...one guy interviewed and he's hired. That's the real issue here, Randy Lerner, the worst owner in the NFL...dude lives in London for crying out loud. He also pays the media to not show him on camera. What a joke. You barely see him. Master_Chief
Muggs, Ryan was my first choice too. I don't get it with Mangenius. Lose in NY, well then let's bring him to Cleveland and see what he can do there. Gonna be a long tenure.
muggs
. Gonna be a long tenure. I'm hoping this is it...one year and done. Then, have our bum owner throw the house at Shanahan.

Oh I don't want to hear it. You loved the Mangini hire and I told you it was a disaster. Like usual, I was right you were wrong.:laser:

Like usual, I was right you were wrong.:laser: Well, I'm actually proving you wrong a lot more than you prove me wrong if we're caring about accuracy in our statements here Johnboy. But you had this one figured out and I was dead wrong...no doubt about it. I originally like the disciplined approach he started off with, especially after Romeo's Romper Room left town...but there's operating with discipline and then there's treating grown men with zero respect. They've quit on him. Edited September 29, 2009 by muggs

muggs
That's pretty bad if they quit on him after week 3. :laser: Not sure how much of the game you caught, but it was fairly evident. That, and I really quesiton Jamal Lewis and Phil Dawson's "injuries." They practiced all week...then, all of a sudden they didn't travel with the team... that's a bad sign. Dawson wanted a new contract this past off-season, Mangini played hardball with him so there's speculation he is protesting. It's only a matter of time before this happens with Josh Cribbs too. Cribbs is making near league minimum and he's the only player worth anything on the roster. Not only is he one of the better kick returner but, this year they're using him a their version of the wildcat and he's their 3rd wideout (which is pathetic in it's own right). If anyone deserves to be paid, it's him. He plays with desire and heart.
