The neck seems too skinny for a 3.5 year old deer. I'd give him another year as long as I'd be hunting there next year and no one else would be around to pop him. PAarcher Posted September 24, 2009 Report Share Posted September 24, 2009 With good genetics and lots of food I'd guess with the body 2.5 maybe 3.5 if you have the property to grow and hold big deer let him walk but if not I doubt the next hunter to see him wouldn't think twice about taking him.
