canine48
Well I got a little antsy and shot a buck that I thought was bigger. Dont get me wrong later in the season I would have been happy with him. Just sad to see the season end after second day. Especially since I had been seeing much bigger deer. I didn't have much time to size him up before making the decision. I did have several cam pics of him including one in velvet. I included one of his pics right after he shed his velvet. He "might" make 120 inches gross since he is a 10 point? I haven't scored him yet.

canine48
If you look at the G4 on the left side its the same and the broken brow on the left Im pretty sure it's the same deer. From behind it does look differant.

Tominator
Yeah, that's a good deer. What state you hunting? If that deer walked past me today, I'd be very tempted to shoot it. November 25th it's a no brainer, shoot. September? I don't know. I'd like to see what the rut offers first, but he's a tough one to let walk, that's for sure. dbHunterNY
I don't think so... ground shrinkage is a silly term. Without having a set of antlers in front of you or measuring stick/ruler of some kind, picture how big you'd like a nice buck to be. Now if you put something to measure that in front of your vision and add up your imaginary rack and you'll see it break 200" probably. lol You've got a nice buck for sure! Congrats!
