Muleyman
Hey guys. We have used a block open layer and with the amount we shoot it gets wrecked pretty easy. We have also used a block 4x4 it wrecked in less then a year. I have heard good things about the rinehart 18-1. Have any of you ever used the rinehart 18-1, if so how is it? If not what would you reccommend as a good broadhead target? Thanks
hunterwebb
i don't think there is one if you shoot a lot none of them last over a year not with broadhead
arrow32
Make my own BH targets. Use foam blocks and strap them together and it works very well.
dawgitall
I've never owned a Rhinehart but I have shot one. They definitely seem to last longer and be more durable. I've been told they are much better. Broadheads are gonna be tough on any them though.
Tony
i don't think there is one if you shoot a lot none of them last over a year not with broadhead yep there sure is one. its a Delta pro Series 3D target. this target has lasted for several thousand shots in just one summer. i shot nothing but broadheads for 2 months solid before i went out to wyoming antelope hunting. plus once you get past the expense of the target itself, then you just buy replacement cores for about 50 bucks. i anticipate this target will last 2 or 3 seasons until i will have to replace the core. the one side is a little shot up, but the other side is perfectly clean which means i will just have to turn it over and shoot the other side. what most guys dont do, is spread the shots over the whole surface of their broadhead target and just keep pounding in the center all the time. buy a bigger target and place small dots in all 4 corners of the target. if you do it right, you can spread the shots out and then turn it over and shoot the other side. you should be albe to get it to last a lot longer that way. Muleyman
As long as it is long lasting. Doesn't really matter if it is both or just broadhead. Thanks.
