Dawg
Supposedly this was caught here in East Texas somewhere. I got it in an email but you know how those can be. In the third pic you can see some of the boat registration #'s. I tried to zoom in but really can't tell a whole lot about it. Something of this size surely would have made the news around here and I haven't heard anything about it. It's still a huge friggin gator no matter where it was caught. Bob LeBlanc
Cordray's in South Carolina is the taxidermy shop...and that looks like Kenneth, one of their taxidermists. Here's a link and another pic, although I don't think the stew recipe was intended as a descriptor. http://cordrays.blogspot.com/2009/08/campfire-stew.html Bob

Dawg
do you think that's the same aligator, bob? sure doesn't look like it to me. I think it is. Go to Cordray's website, click on the taxidermy link and there are some more pictures in there. I'm pretty sure this wasn't caught around this part of the woods. Bob LeBlanc
do you think that's the same aligator, bob? sure doesn't look like it to me. The bullet hole between the eyes looks the same!:clown:...and the pattern of the inside of the boat is the same too. The logo on buddy's shirt and the freezer door are the same as the Codray's logo too. Just call me 'Sherlock'...:clown: Bob:)
