SourthenILdeerhunter
I will be trying this soon. Here is my favorite. VENISON LOAF ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 1/2 Lbs. steaks or tenderloins 1/4 cup Grape Jelly 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Place all ingredients(except venison) in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute to melt butter. Pour half the sauce in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Lay venison in a single layer in dish and cover with the remainder of the sauce. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon extra sauce on top of venison when served. That is how the recipe read when I got it. I usually double the amounts and add some potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms or whatever you like and bake them in the same dish. Enjoy. im trying this out tommrow i cant wait!!!! Stone Cold
I am sure that you can just not sure how it will turn out. I have only grilled mine. Just do it the same way and I am sure they will taste all the same. Use a broiler pan and put foil down on it. What is it going to hurt? Probably nothing!
