Prairiepredator
That is a really cool picture! Me and a friend of mine were hunting mule deer today about an hour south of our place and we were walking through some thick bush and we were looking down at some deer tracks and we noticed one big track that did not look like a deers. We looked at it for a while and knew it was definatetly not a deer or a coyote, and realized it must have been a cougars. There has been a lot of people who had spotted cougar in that area so it must have been a cougar track.

swampbuckva
I live in VA and weve had a lot of cougar sightings as of late its kinda made me nervous going in the deep woods early and late. I will always have my sidearm on me just in case!!!

I will always have my sidearm on me just in case!!! There are areas I hunt that have cougars, wolves, bears you name it. Here in Minnesota, if you are bowhunting deer it is illegal to carry a side arm of any kind. I've never had any problems but I've met a few people that probably would have liked to have a side arm with them at times.
