Muleyman
Me, my Dad and my brother were out looking for some deer.and we spotted some. We tried to make a stalk on them but they ran. We seen some farther away so I thought I would try out my new fawn bleet. I started calling and they started running closer. It came all the way to 23 yards, I got up and drew back my bow and they ran off. I tried to stop them by calling some more and they started coming back. My brother ranged him right at 42 yards. I drew back and made the shot and it didn't go far. That was one of the most exciting moments of my life. That was my first big game animal I ever shot and I managed to do it with my bow. Muleyman
Now the adiction starts! LOL Ya lol. I have had the addiction of hunting since the first time I went out deer hunting with my brother and Dad and that was with rifle. Then I loved it even more when my brother got one with bow last year, so imagine me now with me beeing the one shooting it.

redkneck
Great story man. I've had good luck with fawn bleats to bring in a doe myself. A stalking kill with a bow at 42 steps is a great challenge and a lot of fun. Congratulations!

Dakota
Wtg, bud! My first big game animal was a muley doe too. Impressive shooting at 42 yards! The only animal (pronghorn) I've shot at that range or farther (43 yards) with my bow I lost (long story short, the wind gusted and the doe I was aiming at moved simultaneously as I released and I hit the doe next to her ). Again, congrats! Dakota
