jdavis
I just bought a T/C Triumph Bone Collector edition this weekend and I'm in the process of getting a scope for it. Anyone have the Nikon Omega with the BDC scope or have any other suggestions for a good quality scope?
dbHunterNY
I got one and it seems to work as advertised. I'd say I'm happy with it. The BDC 250 reticle helps. Right now I'm shooting 150gr powder and a 250gr bullet, so I'm right at 9 power. I do think that if you get a lighter load that would force you to set the scope to a lower power for the recticle to work as it's meant to be, the circles may start to appear large. I think they work though. Everything else is Nikon quality. There's a Tru-Glo scope out there and the Leupold Ultimate Slam scope as well. I don't know if cheaper scopes would hold their zero or standup to the jarring for shooting a muzzleloader. As I said though I don't know that.
