Bowtech_archer07 Posted October 7, 2009 Report Share Posted October 7, 2009 Well I just checked the forecast for back home this weekend... 1-2 inches of rain expected tomorrow with more overnight. And the low on Thursday, is supposed to be the high on Saturday. I guess I'm gonna have to get mom's plants inside tomorrow and our garden hose to the basement before I can even think about hunting! Maybe this cold weather over the weekend will get the big boys on their feet for the first time this season. I don't know how many of my hunting spots I'll be able to get to with all this rain, but I should be able to get to at least one of them where I have seen a giant buck. Hopefully, if it is going to rain that much, it gets it all out of it's system on Thursday so I can have a beautiful weekend to hunt. After the rain moves out, they are saying it's supposed to be sunny, but about 20-30 degrees cooler than last weekend. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We have had rain I swear almost 2 weeks straight...a nice day nowand then, like tomorrow...otherwise the beginning of fall has really been cruddy so far.... As long as the opener is nice though...!!
