Anyone shoot with both eyes open?

When I saw the title of the thread, I figured the 2-eyed shooters would come out of the woodwork.:D

This method can be very good, but be careful how eager you are to embrace it. I've always been right-eye dominant and therefore shoot right handed. But I now have a bit of a problem with it and the left eye is more than willing to grab the spotlight if it can. I must shoot with the left closed because of that.

I also know a woman who used to miss the target butt entirely about every 10th shot. Turns out that, while shooting with both eyes open, every once in awhile the left eye decided to be dominant and she was actually aiming with it. Hence the wild shots.

As with many other things in archery, find out what works best for you personally.
