dbHunterNY
I took out my new T/C Encore ProHunter 50x209 muzzlerloader yesterday afternoon to shoot with my uncle. We're getting ready for an OK ML hunt in a couple weeks. We both thought I was possibly missing the target, but when we both walked up to check things out the results were good! Three shots in a group between one hole and a clover leaf at 103 yards!!! I even took a fourth shot at a fresh target to confirm the POI. I think I've now got my setup; T/C Prohunter 50x209, 150gr 777 pellets, Remington Kleenbore 209 primers, and Hornady SST Low Drag sabots. I'm not done yet though. I still have to adjust the scope to move the group onto the bullseye and then see if it that group holds out to 200-250 yards. I'm pumped though! I hope my luck continues. I was and still am new to ML hunting so thanks to everyone who's answered questions I've posted in here! - Dan
