So at least they are going to replace them. Hmm..will they replace the shipping costs, lol. Ah well...will bundle them up as small as I can get, pack them in a box, and send them outta here when I get the RMA.

Adjam5
Be a pest Ruth...if you have to go for the shipping charges, maybe have them sweeten up the return a little. Maybe throw something else in there or upgrade your waders. Remember...squeaky wheel gets the grease. Good Luck, hope they resolve it to your satisfaction. dbHunterNY
I hope the new ones don't leak. Sounds like you're good to go though.
wyohunter
yeah tell them ..since i have to pay shipping, i think they should recoup the cost, either upgrade to a better set of waders, or toss something else into the box
RTPROFamily
Ruth, If you bought that at a Cabela's store they will take it back no questions asked. I think Bass pro does the same thing. Try taking it back to where you bought them to save on shipping. Tell me the name of the waders and where you bought them and when you bought them and I will call them myself. i hate to see you send money on shipping. Let me know if I can help you. stevebeilgard
i'd ask them why you should pay shipping when you did nothing wrong.
Turkeygirl
Yeah, when I email them back, I'm going to ask if shipping is going to be reimbursed....
stcif
I had a pair of Cabelas Dry Plus waders I got for Christmas several years ago. They leaked but I never sent them back. Last year I was in Maine on vacation and I stopped by the Scarborough store. I told someone in customer service about my 5 or 6 year old pair of leaking waders. They said ship them back. I said they are in my car right now (doing some striper fishing). They told me to bring them in and pick out a new pair. I was amazed at the awesome customer service!! Speaking of customer service I bought a Team Relatree Tru Fire release a year or so ago. One of the small springs in it broke. I called Tru Fire and they said just mail it back and they will fix it for free. I mailed it to them and got it back in less than a week fixed for free. It's that kind of customer service that makes me a repeat customer.
Turkeygirl
Cabelas is a good business! Yeah I'm going to email them back today....the place where I bought them from...it'd probably be about the same amount whether to ship them back or drive back to the store in gas $...but I'll ask them anyway if shipping is going to be reimbursed.. Adjam5
They might send you an e mail with a shipping label to print out Ruth. Ask for one. Many companies do it. Good Luck.
