dawgitall
Just put my rage bheaads in my quiver. Other than doing the best I can, does anybody have any little tips on keeping them from not opening up. Thanks!
Slash
Don't bang your bow against the tree like you're hitting a gong and you should be fine.

redkneck
Don't bang your bow against the tree like you're hitting a gong and you should be fine. Mine come open in my quiver without banging around, and you have to be careful not to bump your arrow on cover when your on the stand too or it will open. Just something to live with. JimT
They fit in my Hoyt quiver fine, but like I do with all mechanical heads, I inspect them before I nock them.
dawgitall
Figured it out. Just cut the foam in my quiver with my knife. There still snug, but I can hold the back part of the blades and they seat well. Thanks

dbHunterNY
I shoot Rage 2-blades. What I use is an Alpine Sof-Loc quiver, which has two braces that grab and hold the arrows instead of just one like some quivers. I also take out the foam insert. I can do this, because of there being two braces. This has worked fine, never had one open in a quiver. When I first started using them I would take fletch tape and put that once around toward the front of the head to keep the blades closed in. Your local archery shop would have some if you don't, but you don't need much. The two ends of the tape barely overlapped. I shot a buck with this at 23 yards and had a complete pass through and deployment. I usually use a the taped ones when stalking. Hope that helps and good luck, Dan
