Tink
Texas Rut It looks like the Texas Rut is over it seems to peak about Nov 1-7th I wasn't here but reports tell me South Texas rut is a December thing tonight Sunday cold wave and snow might kick it in the rear end. Ill put seemed to peak Nov 7-12th herded up in winter groups and little BUCK chasing in my area of Pike Warm warm weather & Standing corn and wet fields screwed it up
backwoods07
Has the rut kicked in over there yet? There wasn't much of a rut here in Southeast Texas. Corey Rut peaked around Nov 16th in west central IL, a few days later than normal. Like Tink said, standing corn hurt a lot of people. The farmers are looking at the first or second week of December to take it down.
