PremiumBeef
I would not go hunting without sighting my weapon of choice in. I think we owe that to the wild game we are pursuing.
arrow32
If your taking it hunting you have to shoot it and site it in. Would you tkae a different weapon out and not have shot it before taking it?
wyohunter
look, you have to shoot it to see where its hitting, even if it has iron sites that dont move...you NEED to know what the weapons going to do once you squeese that trigger.... the animals you persue deserve that!!! tp793
You absolutely need to shoot the weapon that you are going to be using before you take it into the field. You owe at least that much to the animal you are pursuing.
Stinger-Hunter
Stay away from that guy in the field. Anyone that suggests such a thing is either a moron or is trying to set you up for failure.
fly
Weapons that don't need to be sighted in: Atomic bomb, gernade, sword, hole in the ground with spikes sticking up. Weapons that do need to be sighted in: Everything else. Alan, take the shotgun with you hunting (after sighting it in), but leave the guys you're talking to at home. Better stick to the forums for any hunting advice.
