redkneck
Well counting my shipping, I paid about $30 bucks and it took exactly 4 weeks to get my new Nikons back. They sent a new box, strap, the whole nine yards. I guess they've gotten cheaper, they feel lighter anyway. They were about $180 when I got them years ago, nowadays they run about $100. Oh well, I cant complain, still a good deal for sending in chewed up binocs with no receipt, or warrany info, for all they knew I found them in someone's trash. Anyway just thought I'd follow up on my older post for those of you with Nikon Binoculars (sorry Chris)
backwoods07
That's sweet. I wish everyone's customer service was like that. I have a 6 month old $220 Moultrie trail cam that doesn't work and I can't do anything about because I don't have the receipt. Good for you!
